Terms and Conditions for Webinars and Workshops 

  1. Introduction Welcome to Luminarcis’s webinars and workshops! These terms and conditions govern your participation in our online events. By registering for or attending our webinars or workshops, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 
  2. Definitions 
  • Organizer: Luminarcis AB (Org. nu.: 5594930918) (hereafter referred to as Luminarcis), operated by Róbert Schuck, based in Gothenburg, Sweden. ● Participant: Any individual or entity registering for or attending a Luminarcis webinar or workshop. 
  • Event: Refers to any webinar or workshop organized by Luminarcis. 
  1. Registration and Payment 
  • Registration: Participants must register through the official Luminarcis platform or an authorized registration link. 
  • Payment: Full payment is required upon registration unless otherwise stated. Payment methods will be specified during the registration process. 
  • Confirmation: Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from Luminarcis. 
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event. 
  1. Event Access 
  • Participants will receive access details (e.g., a link to join the event) via email at least 24 hours before the event. 
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and suitable devices to join the event. 
  • Sharing access links or credentials with unregistered individuals is prohibited. 
  1. Intellectual Property 
  • All materials, presentations, and content provided during the event are the intellectual property of Luminarcis unless otherwise specified. 
  • Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share any event materials without prior written consent from Luminarcis.
  1. Recording and Privacy 
  • Events may be recorded for internal purposes or future promotional and commercial use. By attending, you consent to being recorded unless otherwise communicated. ● Luminarcis will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required to facilitate the event. 
  1. Code of Conduct 
  • Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior during the event. 
  • Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund. 
  1. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Organizer 
  • Luminarcis reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date or a full refund. 
  1. Limitation of Liability 
  • Luminarcis is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s side, including but not limited to poor internet connection, hardware malfunctions, or software incompatibilities. 
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminarcis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the event. 
  1. Amendments 
  • Luminarcis reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or during the registration process. 
  1. Governing Law 
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gothenburg, Sweden.
  1. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance 
  • We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations. ● Your data will be stored for the following periods: 

○ Registration and participation data: 2 years following your last interaction with our services. 

○ Financial records: 7 years as required by Swedish accounting law. ○ Event recordings: 3 years. 

○ Marketing consent records: 5 years or until withdrawn. 

  • You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. ● You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting 

robert@luminarcis.com. 

  • Some information may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes. 
  1. Invoice Requirement 
  • To receive a VAT invoice, please ensure your complete business details, including company name, address, and VAT number, are provided during registration. ● For modifications to invoice details after registration, please contact robert@luminarcis.com within 5 business days of registration. 
  1. VAT and Pricing 
  • All prices for private individuals within the EU exclude VAT. VAT will be added at checkout based on the billing address of the person. 
  • For business customers within Sweden, 25% VAT will be added to the invoice. ● For business customers in EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) or countries with similar VAT/GST mechanisms where the buyer is required to self-account for VAT locally, reverse charge applies if a valid VAT number is provided. ● Private customers outside the EU are not charged VAT. 
  • All invoices will clearly state the VAT amount and rate applied.
